Before venues, before flowers, before the date. The one question that shapes the whole celebration.
On every first call, before we talk venues or budgets or guest counts, we ask the same question. What do you want the day to feel like.
It sounds soft. It is the most useful question we ask. The answer changes everything that follows. A couple who says ‘like a really good dinner party’ gets a very different wedding from one who says ‘a long, golden afternoon.’
Why the feeling matters
Because every other decision flows from it. The size of the table, the length of the ceremony, the music, the lighting, the food, the time of day. Settle the feeling first and the rest of the planning becomes a series of small, easy yeses.
If you have not asked yourselves, ask now. Write it down. Send it to us when you inquire. We will plan the rest from there.
