The room rate is similar. The way people remember it, very different. We plan corporate programs end-to-end across Bermuda with the same hand we use for weddings. The brief walks in. The whole week walks out.
Where
The rooms, not the ballrooms.
Private clubs, historic homes, oceanfront properties, sail lofts. We have run programs at Mid Ocean Club, Tucker's Point, the Loren, the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club, and a handful of private estates not on Google. Tell us the size of your group and we will tell you which fits.
What we manage
All of it. End to end.
Catering, A/V, transport, photography, content, on-site staffing, registration, gifting, swag. You hand us a brief. We hand you back a finished week. Our vendor list is local, vetted, and deep. If something needs to go right, we know who does it best on the island.
After hours
What sets a Bermuda program apart.
A catamaran sail to Hamilton at sunset. A private island tour with a local guide. Snorkelling on the reef. Golf at one of three eighteen-hole courses on a twenty-one square-mile island. Beach BBQs, cliff jumps, sunset cocktails at Horseshoe Bay. We organise it. Your team gets to be tourists for a day.
What you eat
The food is part of the experience, not the line item.
We work with the chefs we know, in the rooms they cook best. Private dinners on the rocks. Family-style lunches in a Pembroke garden. Chef-led tasting menus at clubs that do not normally take outside bookings. Best of Bermuda did not name us a few times for the room layout.
Music & moments
Local talent. Real instruments. No canned playlists.
Local jazz trios at cocktail hour. Traditional Gombey troupes for the welcome. DJs who actually fill the floor. We curate the talent the way we curate the cocktail. The aim is for your team to leave with a story, not a swag bag.
